Gone Fishing
This is a chocolate cake frosted with chocolate buttercream on the sides (and borders). The grass is green buttercream, the water is white buttercream with blue piping gel over top. The water's edge is decorated with raw sugar and chocolate rocks. Fish are made of gumpaste and fisherman is a plastic cake topper.

One question. I forgot to ask, where did you find the chocolate rocks.
I found them in the bulk candy bins at my local Safeway store (I live in Calgary, Canada). You should probably look somewhere where like a candy store or big grogery store where they sell candy in bulk bins. That's where I usually see them.
