This cake was ordered about 3 hours before it was needed. So i had to make, bake, and cool the cake, prepare the filling, fill the cake and ice it for 3 hours later, it was a true test of speed for me. It was a vanilla cake with peaches and whipped cream inside as well as a little coconut rum to brush the cake with. The icing is whipped cream and the writing is piping gel.
