Easter Egg Cake
This cake had a lot of firsts for me -- First time using a whipped ganache, (or any ganache for that matter), first time using chocolate clay, first time modelling, first time painting on a cake. This was a very experimantal cake. Lessons learned -- There is a such thing as too much white chocolate on a cake, white chocolate clay does not like to be painted on and I think I might like modelling but will need to practice a lot more!!
