Bob The Builder Candy Filled Toolbox
This was obviously my first cake like this! I hope to perfect the lid eventually! I had a lot of fun doing this one though. Fudge cake with Vienna Creme filling. Covered in MMF and then airbrushed. Edible images!!!
I forgot to mention that this was for my oldest!! He is officially "4" on June 1st!!!
This cake is so unique and wonderful! You did a great job! Oh so clever!
You did great! It certainly doesn't look like your first time doing this kind of cake. I bet the kids went crazy or it.
It looks great! You did a wonderful job. The hinges and handle are well done also.
Thank you!!! I was quite proud of myself for the hinges and handle!!
Love this cake!! Great color, great attention to detail! Looks just like the real thing!! ;-D
my son freaked when he saw this one. LOL.. great job.
Well, I'm glad I made him happy! That's funny!
Fantastic Cake! Just wondering how you made the lid and kept it propped up???
I took a part of the cake and placed it on a same sized cardboard piece and then covered the whole thing with fondant. It was difficult to keep propped though. I used skewers but the weight of the lid was too much and moved the skewers.
Cool!!!!
