I made this cake for my sister to take to work. It just had to have a fish theme. It is a 12" round, almond cake with strawberry bc filling and iced in buttercream. The accents are fish and chocolate transfers.
Thanks for the nice comments. sgmaluv .. I wish I could say the transfer was level, but it did stick up a little bit. KHalstead, I did the transfers on a sheet of glass. Luckily they were small enough that they fit on the side of the cake without much trouble.
