Minnie Pearl Hat
Everything on this cake is edible. I rolled the fondx (when you can't make your own fondant or MMF, fondx is easy to use and taste good) with a basketweave rolling pin. The hat sits on top of a 12 inch tier. I made this cake for a silent auction for the Sarah Canon (Minnie Pearl) Cancer Center.

I got it at a local cake supply store, but you can get it at sugarcraft.com (can I post that here?). Or just do a web search for "basketweave rolling pin". They don't sell it at the "shop" on this site, nor does Wilton.
