Garden Cake For Mom
I made this cake for my mom's birthday. She loves to garden so I tried to capture the essence of that in this cake. Its a raspberry chocolate cake w/ raspberry chocolate ganash. All the flowers were made from royal icing, and the butterflies,frog,caterpillar,snailsbirds,ladybugs and mushrooms and vines were hand made from fondant. It was alot of fun to make!
