This is for a very sweet young lady turning seventeen today. I've been knowing Jaterria ever since she was born. Mink-Mink(her nickname) and my great-neice Danni (the one I did the shoes and handbag for) are best friends and both play high school basketball...they are heavy into basketball. I wanted to do something geared toward basketball for her and immediately thought of the Basketball Mickey from the Wilton Year Book. Mickey is a fbct...wow, been so long since I've done one ; the basketball is frozen bc done in the plastic candy mold. I used their school colors of red and gold. I put her age as her jersey number.

I got lazy and didn't cover the cake board with decorative paper as usual . Anyone else tired of covering cake boards
