This was my very first fondant cake. I did it for a new years eve party. I discovered the joy's and pain's of fondant. First problem, the center of the cake collapsed. Second problem, when I got the black and green on, my daughter sprayed soda all over the top with her straw. When I was done, I had it nicly displayed on the table when I walked by and found 10 little holes all over the top. I assumed it was my 3 year old - so as I started to scold her, I found out it was actually by 8 year old.
