First Big Cake - 50Th Anniversary
3 Tiered cake made with chocolate and vanilla cake mixes. Covered in pure white buttercream frosting. Pure white royal icing roses. Gold leaves appear from some of the roses. For display I put 3 live, red roses on the second tier. This was the first tiered cake I have ever made. It is the first cake I have ever made for someone other than my own children!
