This is my Wilton Course 3 final cake. It is a white cake frosted with BC and the roses are fondant. I wish I would have used fondant on the whole thing, but I am still pleases with it. I used the Viva paper towel faux fondant. I donated this one to the ladies at our bank. They were very happy with it. (FREE CAKE!!!)
