Company Anniversary Cake For A Marine Surveyor
First off all I want to thank all of the great cake artists on this site from whom I copied alot of this design. The flags around the bottom of the first tier are the marine alphabet flags. They spell out "C-O-N-G-R-A-T-S". Either I'm just slow or it felt like it took forever for me to finish this cake.

It looks great! You did a lot of coloring and cut outs for the flags & boats which takes time. When you were done, you should have been very pleased.
