Rachel's Baby Shower Cake
Cake I did this weekend for baby shower. I tried the fondant/rolled butter cream combo. For me it was a little more difficult than fondant to work with but the taste payoff makes it worthwhile...much nicer taste and consistency. Cake is carrot cake with cream cheese icing covered with the fondant/rolled BC (that was orange flavored).

8" for head and 9" for body. Feet and ears are cut from cake board and fondant covered. Toes and arms are all fondant.
