Margarita glass is filled with essentially a giant cake ball mixture of strawberry cake and strawberry buttercream. Fondant strawberry with piped royal icing seeds and gum paste leaves. Rim of the glass is coated in sanding sugar.

Queso bowl is lemon cake with vanilla buttercream filling. Queso on top is colored vanilla buttercream, as is the guacamole. Ground beef is dark chocolate buttercream with crushed chocolate graham crackers mixed in.

Chip basket is made from gum paste strips that I wove together. Chips are a fondant/modeling chocolate mixture with large black sugar crystals mixed in to resemble the black spots on real tortilla chips. Tissue paper is wafer (rice) paper so it's edible too!

Only the margarita glass and straw are inedible.
