This cake was for a friend. It was a brownie cookie dough layered cake - semi-naked in italian buttercream with a watercolor type technique on the side, drip style with dark chocolate ganache and abstract chocolate pieces on top. This one was pretty simple to do an took let time but was visually pleasing and a knock-out on taste.
