Behold!!! Because I’m NEVER making one of these suckers again!!! :) Two layers of dark chocolate cake, homemade fudge filling, mint chocolate chip ice cream middle, ABC And fondant decorations. Ice cream cakes are no joke!! I like making them for the fam but I’m definitely not adding this to my cake menu...so stressful!!!
