Made this for Thanksgiving. First time making a traditional baked cheesecake with a springform pan and water bath. It has an Oreo crust, a layer of plain cheesecake, and a layer of pumpkin cheesecake. It’s topped with whipped cream, Oreo crumbles, and drizzles of melted chocolate.
