Elderflower-Lemon Birthday Cake

This is my best friend's birthday cake to celebrate her 70th. It is Elderflower-Lemon cake, filled with lemon curd, frosted with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, decorated with gum paste roses.

Thanks so much, rdevon!! For some reason, my cakes always seem to be tall but I don't plan it that way. This one is a 6" cake, 6" tall.
