Cake is a Boston cream three layer cake with pastry cream filling and chocolate ganache topped with blue chocolate ganache , blue moscato gelatin for the water , splash is chocolate and gelatin soccer ball is chocolate , map of Italy and scroll is made of modeling chocolate. The wall of the cake is covered in candied coloured and dried this pear slices trimmed with gold to give an elegant effect almost like a stained glass effect .
