This cake is beautiful! I have a few questions for you, Where did you purchase your edible gold leaf ? Is this loose? I am baking a cake and using this for the first time, is it user friendly? Thanks.



Sorry for taking so long to get back to you - I only just saw the message.

Don't use loose edible leaf as it is really difficult to use and folds up -  I used gold leaf transfers which I purchased from baking pleasures. You press the leaf against the cake and rub it gently to transfer and then use a soft brush to tap it down onto the fondant. I find this the easiest way to use it.
