Cathy's birthday is St. Patrick's Day, so of course the theme is green. Vanilla cake/vanilla butter cream covered with Satin Ice fondant and Satin Ice gum paste roses. Took it to her work but was not cut because they already had ice cream cake! No luck for me. lol.
