Chocolate cake with 4 shades of pink ombré continental custard filling , milk choc ganache then buttercream and hand painted to resemble drag buttercream dragging but more controlled. I enjoyed painting this cake. The lower cake is a slice covered with ganache and fondant. I used my neighbours lasagne machine to get the fondant consistently very thin for the little flowers stuck on with royal icing as I went.
