Alabama Crimson Tide Birthday Cake for a dear friend. The bottom tier was 10" round, top was 8" round. Both strawberry cakes with real strawberries and cream cheese buttercream filling (yes I learned a lot about real fruit in a cake with this one...lol) Crumb coat was cream cheese buttercream and covered in MMF Fondant. Elephant and decorations were hand made with fondant. I truly enjoyed making this cake.
