Military Retirement Cake

This cake was all handmade no mold or cutters, ( wish I had them though). The Marine eagle, globe and anchor I sculpted with modeling chocolate and rice Krispies. the cake flavor is red velvet with buttercream and dark chocolate ganache. The plagues are gum paste and modeling chocolate.

Thank you so much. The Marine was very happy. He at first tough it was a trophy, he couldn't believe it was a cake. So that made me happy. The best part of making a cake it's the smiles afterwards.
