Apologies to all but I managed to delete the posting from yesterday, so sorry to those that commented and added it to favourites! I was adding an extra photo to show the inside of the cake and the size of the pedestal supporting it after a query from Rosa and then that was that! Anyway, here it is again with the inside also.
