Raiders cake for a good friend of mind and thank Goodness she was a friend because this was My first bulging cake ever! :( I know exactly what happened after the cake was all covered and I had no time left . . .1: I didnt let the layers rest before coating them in the ganache. 2: My acrylics that I used were off centered so one of the sides were almost bare and the ganache was not strong enough to hold the slippery cream cheese filling. I will never rush again! lol. Cake was traditional vanilla with Strawberry cream cheese filling.
