Cakes for a friend's birthday. Everything is edible except the margarita glass and the straw. The margarita glass basically has a giant cake ball mushed in it made from margarita cake and margarita frosting. The lime is fondant. The "jalapeno ranch" dip bowl is made from chocolate, and the dip is vanilla frosting with green chocolate bits mixed in. The chip bowl is chocolate fudge cake with dark chocolate frosting filling, and is covered and decorated with fondant. The tortilla chips are made from a modeling chocolate & fondant mixture, with some chocolate cookie bits mixed in. A really fun cake to make!
