I am a non professional baker and made this for my granddaughter. It is Sponge cake with lemon curd, stabilized whipped cream and Lemon Cream Cheese icing. Characters are gumpaste. Some MMF "grass" on the cake (I usually try to avoid fondant on the cake itself-personal preference- but it needed something). This turned out to be a bad idea..turns out a warmish room and cake with a million things stuck in it with no fondant is not a good idea (can you say "cake collapse"?). ::-) :-) !! It lasted long enough and we had fun afterwards (eating with forks straight off the plate) but definitely leaned several valuable lessons on this one. Thank you for looking!
