I made this cake from a cake my niece (the bride) found on the internet. Not sure who made the original (which is a bit different from this) but I would like to give that person credit. My version has the silver bands which they original did not have and the flowers are placed differently. but, whoever you are that would see it and note the similarity, thanks for sharing yours and now I am sharing mine.

I actually did quite a bit of research on line and found several guidelines on how to make the pleats. I can tell you that there is a centre piece and then I had to measure carefully and add each pleat separately. Certainly very time consuming and calling for a lot of concentration but definitely worth the effort.
