I'm not exactly sure what you mean by recipe. The bottom tier is buttercream rosettes using large star tip. The second tier is a smooth buttercream base with gray modeling chocolate chevron (hand cut - applied using wax paper transfer method by Jessica Harris), with a fondant bow. The top tier is smooth buttercream with royal icing dot pattern and bottom border, with modeling chocolate white/gray twist rope and modeling chocolate bunting with piped lettering, and the bears are made from modeling chocolate and supported by spaghetti.
