Flying Teacup Topiary Gravity-Defying Cake
The cake is almond chocolate cake cake-pop mix with chocolate ganache (hardens well around the fork supporting the cup), and tiramisu around the central chocolate part, all covered with chocolate ganache and toasted coconut flakes rolled with cinnamon and green tea powder. Cold porcelain cup and butterfly because I wanted it as light as possible, gumpaste leaves and flowers.
Lovely cake, what a gorgeous idea to have the cup as a flower head.
