Made for a Dr. that loves M&M's, his wife happens to have a birthday a few days before, couldn't leave her out! The Dr. left for Hawaii the next day and took the M&M figures (Fred & Ethel, named by the Dr. himself) with him and performed an "operation" to see what they were made of! BTW they were made from Rice Crispy treats and fondant lol
