First Cake-- Flower Wedding

This is my first cake job, so it was a little rough, but the bride wanted a rustic buttercream with fresh berries and real flowers. Each tier has different flavors, 4 layers each. Pictured (taken after the fact) is the top tier, an alternating red velvet and dark chocolate combo with raspberry mousse filling. The middle tier was white chocolate/dark chocolate with cream cheese buttercream filling, and the bottom tier was German chocolate/dark chocolate with the raspberry mousse again. (The assembled cake is a little tilt-y looking because the bride was to provide the dowel-- and did not. Lesson learned: bring your own.)
