Cake made for our Granddaughters birthday. The body of the cake and cupcakes I made with a vanilla sponge. The head and legs of the bear are Rice Krispies with Marshmallow. It's very tasty, children love it, it's easy to sculpt into shapes and is lightweight. I attached the head using a plastic dowel which goes through the middle of the body.
