Four tier wedding cake, the 12" rich fruit cake at the base weighed in at just over 15lbs, the next one up was a 10" raspberry and white chocolate sponge with white chocolate ganache, then an 8" rich chocolate cake with milk chocolate ganache, and the top tier was a totally delicious mocha cake filled with coffee buttercream and milk chocolate ganache. The decorations were a Beauty and the Beast silhouette and quote on the one side, and a Nightmare Before Christmas silhouette and quote on the other. The frames were hand made, and it was finished off with antique cake lace, and handmade roses on the very top. At well over two feet tall on the stand, this is one of the biggest cakes I’ve made to date!
