A friend asked me for a cake for her husband - the brief was basically that he loves cream puffs and love chocolate - so I made a chocolate case (I only use Ghirardelli for my baking), filled it with cream puffs, coated that layer in rich chocolate sauce and topped it off with a Black Forest Gateaux.
