This cake is for a hockey team on which my 8-yr-old Grandson plays. They are at a tournament this weekend and are having a Friday night team & family party. The main body of the jersey is 12x18" vanilla cake and the sleeves are cut from a 9x13" chocolate fudge cake. The whole thing is frosted in buttercream, with the black and gold accents being fondant. I had someone print the edible image of the team logo.
