The head are carved first to get it's shape, then layered with gumpaste to smooth and create the teeth effects and let that dry overnight to harden. Next layer was the green fondant for their skin color and hand cut each eye lid and carve out the mouth based on the shape of the head I created and the teeth. I used a bit of shade on the teeth to show them more and have it stand out from each angle.
