Vanilla Buttercream cake covered in fondant live rock to make the coral reef base. Topped with gum paste scuba diver holding fondant covered, battery operated working dive light. Entire cake is covered with various hand made gum paste corals. The edible water backdrop is made from white sugar and Karo syrup. colored and flavored with Koolaid!
