I made this cake for my niece who was throwing a party to celebrate her beloved Dalmatian dog turning 1. I loved making the tiara, and can’t wait to make one again. So easy using the Wilton Baroque mold. The dog collar is an exact duplicate of the designer collar that the dog wears. I used an edible image, and a small rope mold for the edging.
