For my daughters 8th birthday; a Shopkins fanatic! We made a 'Snow Crush Shopkins' by carving a 6 inch round by 6 inch high cake into a ball and covered the body with white modeling chocolate and added both white/pink sugar crystals and sanding sugar. The sugar crystals were larger and looked more like crushed ice vs the finer sanding sugar. The hat was made out of rice crispy treats and covered in Satin Ice Fondant. We made about 6 dozen cake push pops in a rainbow or 5 colors - so much work and so much cake baked (35 cups of batter spread out over 5 half sheet pans). Stickers were made by printing her favorite Shopkins onto sticky label paper and punched out with a cutter. Thanks for looking.
