A surprise Wedding Cake for friends of ours who recently got married in Vegas. I wanted to give them a cake where they were able to keep the top for their 1 year anniversary. I got my cake design from the Bride's dress and bouquet. The cake itself is a lemon cake with lemon buttercream smoothed out to look like fondant. The giant roses were hand made out of marshmallow fondant. The pipping details and fleur de lis' were royal icing. Congrats guys!! Another high altitude creation. 2014
