I was asked to make the letter "G" and the letter "J" for a surprise cake for a birthday for the 4th of July! Since Mom was of a vintage age, I had to do "old school cake decorating"! This is a hand carved vanilla letter cakes with chocolate filling and butter cream frosting used fore everything! I haven't piped frosting like this in awhile. Thanks for Looking!
