I’ve been wanting to make a Fourth of July themed cake for several years and finally had the chance this weekend for an early celebration. I really wanted to make 3D wafer paper origami stars, but they were breaking and it just didn’t turn out like I had hoped. So, I hand cut the stars out of modeling chocolate, then scored the lines and shaded them to make them look 3D.
