Vintage Rose In White Chocolate Ganache on Cake Central

Inspired by a stunning fondant cake created by Cotton & Crumbs UK, is this white chocolate ganache version. I used Wilton tip #2 for the pearl garland, but wish I had used #0 - that would have been more petite. White Chocolate ganache had 1 bottle of Wilton 'White White' icing colour added to tone down the yellow. The flowers are gumpaste tinted to match the ganache, dusted with Sugarflair 'blossom' petal dust .
