This is my first gravity defying cake. The birthday girl wanted an owl leaping on a gymnast vault. So here it is! The owl is cake and rkt, the wings are modeling chocolate, the vault is cake and rkt. I used PVC to support the entire thing. The birthday girl was thrilled and I had a ton of fun!
