Scrunch/ruffle flowers made from fondant adorn two tiers of this cake. Each one was dusted with pearl lustre. The other two tiers were painted with pearl lustre and had the damask pattern applied with royal icing. A wafer paper peony adorns the top. LOVE this cake!
