A young man ordered a non-traditional birthday cake, lots of chocolate, no happy birthday writing, and nothing frou frou. My answer, a 4 layer chocolate tree trunk cake with each layer filled with nutella and chocolate fudge buttercream mixed with chocolate ganache, garnished with chocolate leaves and gumpaste pumpkins!
