This cake is 3 feet tall. It is covered with waves of white modeling chocolate shimmered with royal pearl dust. The fish and sea horses are made of modeling chocolate and also shimmered with pearl dust and then air brushed with color. Sea shells are made of gumpaste. Sea urchins are gumpaste. Sand is brown, white and powder sugar mixture. Chairs and fence are gumpaste. The white peony flower and white rose bridal bouquet is made from wafer paper.
