I made a very thick ganache(sp?) and added some graham gracker crumbs to make them look more like meatballs. Thanks for the great comments, it means so much to me.

These are great subaru!!!!! The spaghetti looks soooo real!!!! Better than what I made last night and it was the real thing!!! LOL I love that this site inspired it all and how nice of you to post that in the forums!!! You ROCK!!!

My dh says ya need some cheese on the spaghetti! :P Looks cool though! Of course, I don't know what you would use for that though as it looks like the sauce is either a fruit jelly of sorts or piping gel. Ahhhhh....perhaps shaved white chocolate? That would look like shaved parm....:) I think they look fine the way they are though!
